There are a lot of metrics we can analyze to determine whether or not we’ve had a successful year in terms of sales, but no matter what the numbers say, we feel more confident than ever that we are doing things right. That confidence comes from the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Award we recently received, which is earned based on feedback from you, our valued customers.
If you haven’t heard of the DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Awards, don’t feel bad, they are are new for 2015. While it’s always nice to receive awards of any kind, this one is especially important to us because of what it represents.
The DealerRater Consumer Satisfaction Awards recognize dealerships in Canada and the United States that exemplify outstanding customer satisfaction based on the reviews received through DealerRater.com. The criteria for the award are as follows:
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater throughout 2014
- Average minimum star rating of 4.0 out of 5.0
- At least one review on DealerRater per quarter during 014
- Must not have been blacklisted any time during 2014
