Where to get scared this Halloween

Where to get scared this Halloween

2016 Haunted Houses Edmonton AB

We talked about Thanksgiving being just around the corner a couple weeks ago, and if Turkey Day is just around the corner that can only mean one thing… Halloween isn’t that far behind. One of our favorite ways to spend the Halloween season is by hitting up the best haunts in the area. As far as we’re concerned, we’re getting super excited for two 2016 Haunted Houses in Edmonton AB.

Other Local Events in the Edmonton AB Area

Deadmonton House

When it comes to setting up a terrifying place in the area designed to scare you right out of your boots, few do it better than Deadmonton House. The house opens on September 30th, and will run through the 5th of November. One way you can tell that Deadmonton House is going to do a good job, is that it recommends you don’t enter if you have asthma, heart conditions, seizures, respiratory medical issues, claustrophobia or if you’re pregnant. We definitely recommend you check out Deadmonton House if getting scared is your thing, and if you think it’s a breeze after your first time… head back for the flashlights only nights in November.

Edmonton Ghost Tours

If fake haunted houses just aren’t you’re thing, but you prefer learning about real-life run-ins with ghosts and the supernatural, then Edmonton Ghost Tours would be a better choice for you. A Ghostly Walk Through Old Strathcona, University of Alberta/Garneau History & Haunted Hike and Halloween Haunt at Rutherford House are your three choices this year. Head over to their website to get more information about each even, how much they cost and when they’ll be running.

No matter what you decide to do this Halloween season we simply hope you enjoy the fall weather and this lovely time of year. Try not to get literally frightened to death.
