2016 Honda CR-Z Specs & Features
Unfortunately for the few true CR-Z fans out there in the world, it seems like we might not see another model after this year. Despite original rumors of a 2018 redesign, the grapevine now seems to state that Honda will be discontinuing the 2016 Honda CR-Z in just a matter of time. But there’s still time to opt for one of the last new models you’ll have the chance of getting your hands on, so we thought we’d share some of our favorite specs & features in the 2016 Honda CR-Z to give you a better understanding of the one-and-only sport hybrid coupe.

One reason, in our opinion, that the CR-Z hasn’t been as successful as many had hoped is that it doesn’t truly shine in any area. Rather it tries to be a jack-of-all-trades, and falls short of many people’s expectations. But, it delivers a nice blend of fuel efficiency and power, so as long as you’re not hoping for a hybrid that delivers the best efficiency or a sport coupe that delivers the best power, this vehicle is perfect for you. With either 6.5 or 7.6 l/100km city and 6.2 or 6.0 l/100km highway, its 130 horsepower is just the right amount.
The 2016 version of the Honda CR-Z also added some pretty awesome features that weren’t available before. The center console, for instance, now has an armrest in every trim level. Every trim also now comes equipped with an electric parking brake, a display audio system as well as Smart Entry and Push Button Start/Stop. In EX and above, Honda LaneWatch comes standard, and both heated leather seats and Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System are standard in the EX-L trim level.
