When will the Civic Sedan and Coupe enter 2017?

2017 Honda Civic Sedan & Coupe Canadian Release Date

The 2016 model year saw the first wave of the all-new, completely-redesigned, tenth-generation Honda Civic. The two models that made up the first wave were, of course, the Civic Sedan and Civic Coupe, each of which delivered a sportier aesthetic than ever before. Now more models are beginning to roll out, like the Civic Hatchback, but a new model year is upon us, which means it’s time for the 2017 Honda Civic Sedan & Coupe models to be released across Canada as well, and that date is officially coming any day now.

“This has been a tremendous year for Civic, starting with the Sedan and Coupe setting sales records and leading the compact segment. For 2017, we’re thrilled to boost the Civic lineup by pairing the manual transmission with the 1.5L turbocharged engine – something we know our customers are very excited about.”

- Jeff Conrad, Senior Vice President/General Manager, Honda Division

What’s new in the 2017 Honda Civic?

Obviously, not much needed to change for the 2017 model year to keep things exciting. With new models still being introduced, the Honda Civic is as popular as ever, and the Sedan and Coupe are only 1-year-old – meaning they’re still pretty fresh. But Honda still decided to give its customers a little something special in the form of a new 6-speed manual transmission available on both the Sedan and Coupe models.

With this new transmission, the basic Honda Civic models’ sportiness only continues to grow. Any potential buyers in the area that might be interested in a 2017 Honda Civic Sedan or Coupe are encouraged to schedule a test drive right here on our website or by giving us a call at the sales desk. We can’t wait to get you in the driver’s seat!
