“As we all know, safety is a core consideration for minivan buyers and increasingly safety is defined not only by a vehicle’s ability to protect its occupants in a collision but to avoid accidents altogether. With Honda’s reputation as a safety leader, you can bet we’re again targeting top NCAP and IIHS crash safety ratings, aided by our ACE body structure, available new LED headlights and expanded application of Honda Sensing technology.”

What’s new in safety for the 2018 Honda Odyssey?
For starters, all 2018 Honda Odyssey models that are the EX trim level and up will come with Honda Sensing as a standard feature. That means a vast majority of Odyssey’s on the roads will feature things like Collision Mitigation Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control and more.
Furthermore, Honda has introduced the next generation in the ACE – or Advanced Compatibility Engineering – body structure, giving you an even better feeling of confidence behind the wheel.
