But that’s just one of the many prestigious annual awards the huge automotive publication KBB hands out every year. There are three different types of Best Resale Value Awards that Kelley Blue Book hands out: Best Brands, Overall Top Ten and Categories.
Overall Top Ten Winner
Surprisingly, the overall top ten was comprised mostly over sport utility vehicles and trucks, with seven pickups being recognized, two traditional SUVs and just one sedan making the list. The 2017 Honda Ridgeline happened to make the cut, securing the #7 spot.
Best Subcompact Car
Honda has certainly laid claim to the subcompact sedan marketplace, as the 2017 Honda Fit took home this award and has taken home many other awards for its class over the past several years.
Best Subcompact SUV/Crossover
The recently-introduced Honda HR-V has been turning heads since its unveiling last year, and that doesn’t change here as the 2017 HR-V took home the Best Subcompact Crossover category.
Best Hybrid/Alternative Energy Car
And finally, the all-new 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid too home the alternative energy category, and we couldn’t be happier.
